ADCO Law provided assistance for an Indian-based company in merging 2 (two) companies with adjacent IUPs into a company with one IUP. That was a very rare transaction.

We, acting as a solely responsible consultant who worked on “integration” of 2 IUPs into one IUP, also liaised with a tax consultant handling corporate and tax integration. The transaction was successfully done in 2016 after a nearly 1-year process.
